Bishop Anthony Randazzo giving
a homily during mass on "Compassion" |
Compassion: derived from the Latin: cum passio means to suffer with.
As Daughters of Compassion we are called to do what we can, when and how we can to alleviate suffering and be with those who are otherwise "outcast." The human face of God reminds us that God needs us to reach into our own hearts where we carry the life, love and compassion of Jesus and to share it with others. |
